Media reports have stated recently that Liverpool is for sale, with any number of possible new owners coming into the fray. This rumor has now been denied by current Liverpool co-owner Tom Hicks. He confirmed that he is only interested in the growth and prosperity of the club, and is commited to the club and its supporters, and is not interested in selling his stake.
